You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in an additional $20 charge being that I will not be able to fill your previously reserved time slot. NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE. Deposit is non-refundable. Please respect my time as well as your own. If you are going to be late please let me know ahead of time. I allow my clients a 10 minute grace period, beyond that there will be a late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
